Rakvio provides a profitability analysis tool based on local screen data processing via Accessibility Services. The service is provided 'as is' and its accuracy depends on information from third-party platforms.

The user is responsible for:

• Driving safely and not interacting with the app in a distracting way while the vehicle is in motion.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
• Complying with the terms of service of third-party platforms (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.).

All content, algorithms (including LUA scripts), designs, and logos of Rakvio are the exclusive property of its creators and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

Rakvio is not responsible for financial decisions made by the user, nor for potential account suspensions on third-party platforms arising from the use of technical assistance tools.
